The material here describes a software product. It is provided for information, and product capabilities change as the software develops. Where this site and your signed agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and we are not your lawyers. We describe statutory concepts — FDCPA §1692k, Regulation F, state wiretap consent rules — because they are what the product is designed around, not because we are advising you on them. Your obligations depend on facts about your programme we do not know. Confirm your position with counsel before recording anyone.
Our guarantee
The coverage guarantee is exactly what it says: every recorded call reviewed in your first month, or that month is free. It guarantees the completeness of review. It does not guarantee that violations will be identified, that findings will be correct, or that use of this software will protect you from any claim, penalty or proceeding.
Your obligations as an operator
If you deploy this software, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, for informing the people being recorded, and for meeting the consent requirements of every jurisdiction your calls touch. The attestation in the product records that you took those steps; it does not take them for you and is not a defence on its own.
